Dr Cesar Sofocado, who is originally from The Philippines, has Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BSMT), Doctor of Medicine (MD), and Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees. He is also a Specialist Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He has an Unrestricted Specialist Registration with The Medical Board AHPRA.

He has almost 30 years of GP/FAMILY MEDICINE experience, providing medical services to different nationalities and multicultural communities in Asia, the Middle East, and Western Australia.

Dr Cesar Sofocado has been a practicing GP in regional hospitals, medical centres and aboriginal health services in Western Australia since 2005.
