Billing: We are a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing services are available at Aubin Grove Medical Centre for Healthcare card holders and patients under the age of 16. All other patients will attract private fees as per below.

Standard Consultation $70.00 (rebate of $39.10)

Long Consultation $120 (rebate of $75.75)

Weekend/After hours/ Public Holidays

Standard Consultation $100 (rebate of $51.00)

Long Consultation $150 (rebate of $87.40)

You will need to bring your current Medicare and concession cards to each visit. Non Medicare Card holders will be charged a fee for consultations. The fee must be paid on the day.

A fee of $60 will be required if your appointment is not cancelled within an 1 hour of your allocated appointment time, this payment will be required before any further appointments are scheduled.

Please note that if you have additional treatment and procedures there may be additional costs. All medicals such as Drivers License and Pre-employment medicals will be privately billed.

Opening Hours: Aubin Grove Medical Centre is open Monday to Friday with appointments available from 8.00am to 8.00pm.  Saturday and Sunday available from 8.00am to 1.00pm. Public Holidays are subject to doctor availability please refer to our online bookings.

Walk-in Clinic: Please be Advised, there is no walk-in clinic. 

Appointments: It is necessary to book appointments. Every attempt will be made to book your preferred doctor. Same day appointments offered.

After Hours Care: Call Dial-A-Doctor at 1300030030.

Results: Radiology or Pathology results will not be given out over the phone. Please make a follow-up appointment for your results.

Phone Calls: Doctors do not take phone calls whilst consulting. Please advise the receptionist what your query is about and this information will be passed onto the doctor.

Recalls / Reminders: This practice has a reminder system and you may receive a reminder to see the doctor for pap smears etc. If we are unable to contact you, you may receive reminders from state and national registers.

Medical Records: Your medical records are confidential documents. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal information at all times and to ensure that this information is only accessible to authorized members of staff.

Your medical records remain the property of “Aubin Grove Medical Centre” if you transfer to another surgery relevant copies can be made and will be sent to the other surgery. A signed written consent is required for this action.

Please note that there is a small fee for the Transfer of Medical Records.
